Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 3tomatoes chopped (puree)
  3. 3onion chopped
  4. 5big green chillies
  5. 6whole red chillies
  6. 2 tbspgarlic ginger paste
  7. 1 cupoil
  8. 1/2 cuptamarind pulp
  9. 1 tspfennel seeds
  10. 2 cupYogurt
  11. Salt ro taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and cook for few min then add chicken and stir till golden brown.

    Now add yogurt, all spices, salt and mix well and cook for 20 min on high heat.

    Now add green chillies and tomato puree and tamarind pulp. Now simmer on low flame

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
