Ingredients

  • 5Chicken Drumsticks
  • 100gms Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cupTomato Puree
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1 tspRed Chilly Pwd
  • 1 tspGinger-Garlic Paste
  • 1Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate drumsticks in yogurt, salt and red chilly pwd and set aside for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil. Crackle cummin seeds. Add corriander seeds too.

  3. 3

    Add ginger-garlic paste stir for few mins. Now put in the puree.

  4. 4

    Add the marinated chicken( optional- soya sauce also). Cook it till chicken is tender.

  5. 5

    Garnish with finely chopped cabbage, green bell pepper and corriander leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice.
