Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmasar (black lentil)
  2. 1 tspsalt to taste
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Oil for tarka
  6. 1/4 cup
  7. Ingredients for tarka
  8. 6 botton red chilli 🌶
  9. 1 tsp zeera
  10. 1 tbsp crush garlic
  11. 2 tbsp onion slice(optional)
  12. 2 green chilli
  13. 1 tbsp Corriender and mint leaves for garnishing
  14. 2 cups boiled rice

Cooking Instructions

    Soak and wash the masoor daal for 30 minutes then strain it.

    Now take a pot add 2 cups of water and daal with spices and cook for 30 minutes on medium low heat.

    Now boiled the rice.

    Next when daal is boiled and water becomes less than make a tarka with ingredients.

    Now tarka will pour the daal and cover it for 3 minutes for aroma.

    Now delicious daal chawal is ready to serve with achar and salad.
