Cooking Instructions

Heat a pressure cooker for 15-20 mins at low flame with 1 cup salt at it's surface and a steel stand placed in it.

Take a bowl and add oil and sugar in it. Whisk well

Add 4 eggs in batter one by one and whisk well.

Add vanilla essence and whisk well.

Then add baking powder in purpose flour and mix well.

Add the purpose flour mixture in batter in 3 batches.

Whisk well until no lumps are left. Cake batter is ready.

Take 2tbsp milk in bowl and add cocoa powder in it and mix well. Then pour half batter in cocoa mixture and mix batter well. Add other 2tbsp milk in vanilla batter. The 2 batters will be formed. Chocolate and vanilla.

Take a mold and grease it with oil with a silicon brush.then place parchment paper in it.

Add the vanilla batter about 2 tbsp in middle of mold and then add 2 tbsp Chocolate batter in middle of vanilla batter. The outside layer will start to expand to the ends. Repeat this step until nith batters are finished.

After all layers such zebra lines will be formed.

Place the mild in cooker and cover it completely. Bake cake for 30-40 mins at medium to low flame.

After 30-40 mins take a toothpick and insert in middle of cake. If it comes dry out then cake is baked perfectly. Take out the cake and let it cool.
