  2. Onion 2 medium thickly sliced
  3. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 2 tspZeera
  5. 8Kali mirch
  6. 6Long
  7. 1 stickDar cheni
  8. 1Kali illaichi
  9. 1 tbspLal mirch powder
  10. 1/2 tbspDhaniya powder
  11. 1 tspHaldi
  12. 1 tspKuti lal mirch
  13. 3Tomato
  14. 1/2 cupDahi
  15. Adrak 1 inch thinly sliced
  16. Green chilli 4 to 6 cut
  17. Hara dhaniy 3 tbsp cut
  18. Oil 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 1 tspGaram masala
  21. For tarka
  22. 2 tbspGhee/ butter
  23. Onion (4 slice)
  24. For garnish
  25. Hara dhaniya
  26. Green chilli
  27. Adrak

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Dal wash kar ke bhigo dein 15 se 20 minute ke lye

  2. 2

    Oil garam kar ke zeera Dal dein jab Khushbo any lgy tb onion add karein or fry karein golden brown hony tak

  3. 3

    Ab Kali mirch,long, Kali illaichi or dar cheni add Karen

  4. 4

    Adrak lehsan Ka paste add kar ke Thora sa fry karein

  5. 5

    Ab lal mirch, dhaniya powder, kuti lal mirch,haldi add kar ke mix karein

  6. 6

    Dahi or tomato add karein mix karein or cover kar ke 10 minute tak pakaen tomatoes gal jaen

  7. 7

    Ab Dal add kar dein mix karein 4 tbsp Pani add karein.cover kar ke 15 minute pkaen

  8. 8

    Ab salt or adrak add karein, mix karein cover kar dein 10 minute ke liye

  9. 9

    Pisa garam masala, Green chilli,or hara dhaniya add kar ke mix karein

  10. 10

    Ghee ya Butter garam kar ke onion fry karein or Dal par tarka lagadein

  11. 11

    Garnish kar ke garam chapati or dahi ke sath serve karein
