As the name implies it is soft and easy to make.my little sibling does not like doughnut that much but he could get enough of these very day i made it.He consumed a lot and got me wondering why? Maybe it's because they were coated with sugar😅
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift flour in a bowl. Divide sugar into two portions. Add 1 portion to flour, add salt and mix all together
- 2
Dilute your milk with 1/2 cup of warm water, add 2 portion of the sugar, yeast, and egg and flavor mix all together and set aside
- 3
Make a well in the center of the flour
- 4
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients
- 5
Mix till it forms a soft dough. If the liquid is not enough add water in drops to make the dough
- 6
Dust work surface with some flour, transfer the dough and rub in butter.
- 7
Mix and knead till dough is soft and elastic for about 10-15min
- 8
Grease your bowl with some oil, transfer the dough into it and rub the surface of the dough with some oil. Cover and keep in a warm place till it doubles in size
- 9
Deflate the dough and work it again for some few min
- 10
Divide the dough into roll it out flat each
- 11
Cut into strips. I used the because it's more easier to me than the regular process of making the dough into small balls and rolling it long because the more you stretch the more it contract
- 12
Roll out each strip till it enlongates.
- 13
Cross both end of the stretchy dough and press the end to seal.
- 14
After sealing, then you twist. Cove and allow it to rise again and finally fry in hot oil over medium heat
- 15
Fry till golden brown and coat in sugar immediately
- 16
Enjoy!

Les Bugnes (French Donuts) Les Bugnes (French Donuts)
Let’s discover the world of French pastry one delicious recipe at a time and so far it has been great. The word bugne means "beignet" in French, which means donut in English, but don’t be confused they are not the same. They are an old pastry that existed already in Roman times and were consumed at the time of "caranval" or Mardi Gras & Fat Tuesday, the last day before the 40 days of Lent leading up to Easter. Almost every European country has its own version. I got to know this French version in the Pinterest and use google for translating in to English version with some modification to taste my buds.#mycookbook Lavender -

Doughnut Rings No.1 Kinako Doughnut Rings No.1 Kinako
My friend's question of 'I wonder if we can make pan de ring?' inspired me to try and recreate that famous mister doughnut pan de ring. They turned out soft springy and delicious. They are a little hard but the shape is exactly the same as the ones in the shop and the process a lot simpler. I've also uploaded a recipe that doesn't require a piping bag.The mixture itself is only a little sweet so if you're not going to coat the finished doughnut in sugar, add some sugar to adjust to your taste during step 1 Recipe by ms mama cookpad.japan -

I'm looking for delicious recipes that I can enjoy while I'm on a low-sugar diet. I came up with this recipe after many attempts.Salt. It's easy to forget, but it definitely makes the doughnut holes more delicious. There is no special hints for this recipe, but in Step 4, if you leave the mixture for a while, it will become like hard clay (; A So when you feel like eating these doughnut holes, it's best to quickly mix the ingredients, then deep-fry them and eat as soon as they are done. Healthy Tofu Rice Flour Doughnut Holes Healthy Tofu Rice Flour Doughnut Holes
Once I made doughnut holes with tofu, and they were chewy and delicious. Using milk or soy milk makes doughnuts crispy on the outside, and fluffy inside.I will upload the recipe using milk as well.If you don't deep-fry the doughnut holes long enough, the outside won't be crispy, and inside will be a little uncooked.Prepare a cup of water, and dip a spoon into it before you scoop the batter each time, then you can drop the doughnut balls easily into the oil. My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes
To make this recipe I referred to "Bread Loaf with 100% of Plain Flour and Whey" by user "Akkorin Mama". Using both granulated and powdered sugar gives it a pleasant melt-in-your-mouth texture. How to deep-fry the doughnuts in shallow oil my way: Pour enough oil into the pot so the doughnuts do not to touch the base of the pot. After the first batch, add a little oil. By doing this, the temperature of the oil will drop and the doughnuts won't burn easily in shallow oil. If the temperature of the oil rises too much, try adding some new unheated oil to bring the temperature down again. For small 16 to 18 doughnut holes. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -

Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan
