Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce
Whenever it's really hot, I don't feel like cooking, so I thought up a recipe I could make in a jiffy to re-energize my body.I had a lot of fish sauce left over, so I used it to flavor this. The exotic fragrance encourages your appetite. The key is to stir fry the pork until it's crispy and slightly browned! To enjoy the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, stir fry it quickly over high heat. As time passes moisture starts to come out of bean sprouts, so I recommend eating this right away.I like to add a lot of black pepper at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Asian Style Buttered Corn with Fish Sauce Asian Style Buttered Corn with Fish Sauce
It's the season for delicious fresh corn. Corn is great simply boiled, but my family recommends this way of eating it. It's a great drinking appetizer. If you don't have fresh corn, use canned corn instead. If you add too much fish sauce it will become too salty, so please adjust the amount depending on how much corn you have. For 1 serving (from 1 corn on the cob). Recipe by Ponie cookpad.japan -
Sauce for Avocado No. 1 Sauce for Avocado No. 1
I love avocados, but eating them the same way all the time gets boring, so I'm coming up with different sauces to enjoy them with. You can also just lightly sprinkle the spices from Step 1 onto an avocado and enjoy.I really think you should use pink pepper to add a nice color to the spices, but if you don't have any just go with black pepper! You can also substitute powdered red chili peppers for chili powder, and instead of lemon juice, white wine vinegar or regular vinegar are okay! It's all right even if you don't have all the ingredients, so go ahead and try it out. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

Fried Pompano W/ Fresh Tomato Fish Sauce | Cá Chiên Sốt Cà Fried Pompano W/ Fresh Tomato Fish Sauce | Cá Chiên Sốt Cà
One of my favorite Vietnamese home comfort food! This dish brings back nostalgic memories of when mom used to cook dinner for our big family of 8. I remember never liking fish when I was little, but this dish made me took a liking to it. I realized that it’s not fish that I don’t like, it’s the way it’s prepared that I was picky about. This is a crispy fried fish with a sweet, sour, and savory sauce that’s full of color, flavor, freshness and umami. Quoc Nguyen | Chef Q -
Korean Kimchi from the Source Korean Kimchi from the Source
Just when I was thinking "I want to make my own authentic kimchi!" I had a chance to learn how to do so from a Korean friend. Since then, I've been experimenting and researching the method (while receiving feedback) to come up with this recipe. The salt-preserving and draining stages for the Chinese cabbage are important!Make sure to protect your hands with gloves when handling the red chili pepper! The ingredient amounts are simply guidelines. They will vary depending on the size of the cabbage and how salty it is, so adjust as you go. Recipe by yonayuna cookpad.japan -
Plump Shrimp with Chili Sauce Plump Shrimp with Chili Sauce
I used to coat the shrimp in katakuriko and then fry them, but then I saw recipe that boiled them so I decided to try it. Since it turned out quite delicious, I've started making this dish that way. These also taste good if you coat the shrimp in tempura coating and fry them, before seasoning them with the sauce. It will become a very filling dish. Please adjust the amount of doubanjiang to your preferences. Don't boil the shrimp for too long or they will become tough. You can optionally add 1 egg as a topping at the end, which will make the spiciness a bit milder but it will be just as delicious. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
