Ingredients

  1. 4Boiled cups rice
  2. 1knorr pulao Cube
  3. 1 tesp salt
  4. 1 tblsbutter
  5. 1/2 cupboiled Corn
  6. 1 cupcapsicum
  7. 1 cupcarrots
  8. 1/2 tesp black pepper
  9. 1 tblsSoya sauce
  10. 1/2 kgboneless Beef strips
  11. 1 tblsbutter
  12. 1/2 cupketchup
  13. 1/2 tesp paprika
  14. 1/2 Cupmushrooms
  15. 4-5green chillies
  16. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add butter in wok and add vegetables (corn, capsicum and carrots) cook for 2 minutes and add salt and black pepper now add pulao cube.

    Add boiled rice and soya sauce mix well and cover for few minutes.

  3. 3

    In another pot add butter cook boneless meat in it cover and cook till meat tender.

    Now add salt, paprika, ketchup and soya sauce cook and at last add green chillies Julianne cut.

    Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Beef chilli is ready serve with Corn Pulao.
