  12. Dry melons seeds as req

    Subse phele maida ko chan lein.ab baki ke dry ingre mila ke mix kar lein.

    Egg n oil ko mila ke ache se mix karen aur warm milk add karte hue soft si dough knead kar lein.

    Ek airtight box me dal ke dry attay ke box me 2 hours rakh dein bht achi dough rise hojayegi.

    Oven ko 200' pe preheat karen.oven me subse neeche walay rack pe ek bowl me thora pani rakhen is se bread soft banyegi dry nahi hogi

    Ab rise hui dough ko dust hue counter pe nikal lein aur soft hands se again knead karen.

    Phir halka halka maida dust karte hue oval shape ne roll karen.

    Ab phele chocolate spread,phir cinnamon powder,phir pisa gurrh aur phir cocoa dust karen.

    Ab halkay hath se roll kar lein aur corners ko cut kar lein.ab center me ek cut lagaye aur twist kar lein aur dono corners ko join kar ke ring bana lein

    Greased mold me rakhen uper egg brush karen aur maghaz sprinkle karen phir 180' pe 25 min dono rods on kar ke bake kar lein

    Mold se nikalen aur mazedar si bread ko enjoy karen.
