  1. 1 cupRed beans soaked overnight
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1/2cucumber chopped
  5. 3-4mint leaves chopped
  6. 1/4 tspChaat masala
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 2 tbspyogurt
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. Juice of 1 lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the overnight soaked red beans,add salt once 3/4th done. Once fully done strain.

    No cut all the veggies and mix in beans.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt,spices,lemon juice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately
