Khachapuri with four cheese
Cooking Instructions

Make dough.mix together all dry ingredients,then knead soft dough with milk and water.apply oil over and leave to rise for least 2 hours in warm place

Punch the dough to release air.again roll in ball. Divide in 2 portions.keep one for use later.Now roll one portion in round shape.place a parchment papper under it.mix all 4 cheese together in a bowl

Add filling in centre of rolled dough.roll 2 opposite sides of the circle towards the centre so it ends up having a boat like shape.pinch the corners together.keep covered 15 mins

Apply eggwash around edges/sides.sprinkle sesame seeds over.bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 20-25 min

Ad the base is done and cheese is all melting in centre,make well in centre of cheese buth,add one whole egg in centre.again keep in oven for 2-3 min to cook egg.eggwhites should be white but still pretty runny while yolk sets a bit but should not get hard.

Sprinkle salt pepper cilantro and serve hot.its a whole hearty meal itself.enjoy with team zafran cookpad
