This traditional dish originated in India as an easy meal to make when you don't have much on hand.
Cooking Instructions

First fry the onions when golden brown grind it with tomatoes and make a paste.

Then in a wom add oil ginger garlic paste saute well. Then add all spices. And cook for 2 mints.

Then add onion tomatoes paste. Cook till oil separates. Then add potatoes saute 1 to 2 minutes

Then Add 2 glass of water cover and let it cook.

On other hand boil the eggs, then sprinkle salt and turmeric. And fry all eggs.

When gravy becomes ready add these eggs one by one and dish out the curry. Enjoy with naan, chapati or rice.

This variation of egg curry is made using cauliflower, potato, coconut milk, evaporated low fat milk tamarind water, onion, ginger, garlic, onion and tomatoes along with eggs and that`s how you get the delicious curry. This is the quick meal recipe and a spicy dish too, however, if you wish to make less spicy, you can reduce the birds eye chillies or remove it.
