Ingredients

  1. 5Boiled eggs
  2. 2medium onion
  3. 2medium tomatoes
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tbspred chili powder
  6. 1/2 tbspchili flakes
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspqorma masala
  10. 3 tbspcooking oil
  11. 2medium potatoes
  12. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    First fry the onions when golden brown grind it with tomatoes and make a paste.

    Then in a wom add oil ginger garlic paste saute well. Then add all spices. And cook for 2 mints.

    Then add onion tomatoes paste. Cook till oil separates. Then add potatoes saute 1 to 2 minutes

    Then Add 2 glass of water cover and let it cook.

    On other hand boil the eggs, then sprinkle salt and turmeric. And fry all eggs.

    When gravy becomes ready add these eggs one by one and dish out the curry. Enjoy with naan, chapati or rice.
