Ingredients

  1. 3 kgmutton chops
  2. 3-4 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 2-3 tbspwhite vinegar
  4. 3 tablespoonraw papaya paste
  5. Spices
  6. 750grm Yogurt
  7. 3-4 tbspsalt
  8. 3-4 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 2-3 tbspgaram masala powder
  10. Cornflour as required
  11. 4.5 cupsoil for deep frying

    Wash chops. Starin it in a basket.add chops in a wok.then add ginger garlic paste,papaya paste and vinegar.turn the flame medium for 1 hour.check in between. chops will be soft in vingenar water. pork fork to check the tenderness of chops.when they are soft and vinegar water is remaining, then dries vinegar water on high flame.turn the flame off.take out chops.and let it to be cool completely.

    Pour yogurt and dry spices in a big bowl.mix it well.add chops in it.wrap chops in yogurt mixture.

    Dust corn flour over chops until chops and yogurt mixture wrap properly.

    Meanwhile warm oil.deep fry chops on a medium flame until a nice golden colour.

    You can store the marinated chops in a freezer in air tight bowl for a long time.and fry them when needed.

    Served hot with fresh salad 🥗and raita and white sauce,and green sauce
