Add yeast 1 tbs of sugar and add some of the evaporated milk I.e 1/4 cup and whisk and cover for 5 minutes

Add the dry ingredients flour + baking powder + salt and whisk. In a separate bowl add butter+milk+oil+eggs+sugar, whisk well (you can use Olive or oil of choice)

Add up to dry ingredients and form a dough, knead on a working surface for couple of minutes till all incoperated and elastic, cover and allow for 1-2hrs...

Sprinkle flour on your working surface to prevent sticking, then deflate the dough and cut into portions... Then roll into cut balls, check video clip on linked recipe on how to roll a 'close to perfect round balls'

Place your cutees in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover with kitchen towel and allow to rise for 1 hr

Egg wash your cutees

Preheat your oven for 10 min and bake on medium heat for 15 - 20 min... Check at 15 min but I love my bread golden brown so I let it seat for extra 5 min...
