Cooking Instructions

In a pan add milk, sugar, condensed milk, cornstarch and lemon juice. Mix everything well

Turn the foame on, stir continuously and let it come to a boil.

Lower the flame when it Starts boiling. Then add butter and food color. Stir till desirable consistency. It will thicken when cools. Eggless Lemon curd is ready. Turn the flame off and let it cool completely.

We can use it in cupcakes and lemon tarts.
