Picadillo is like a Puerto Rican chili without the beans but with potatoes it can be served with rice or fried plantains - or in my case both!
Cooking Instructions

Sauté onion, garlic and half of the cilantro/culantro
- 2
Add ground beef and season with adobo, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- 3
Wash and peel potatoes, chop into small pieces
- 4
Add potatoes and olives to browned meat
- 5
Season with sazon packet and can of tomato sauce
- 6
Add water and cover, simmer on low for 20 minutes
- 7
Check to make sure potatoes are tender, top off with remaining cilantro/culantro and enjoy!
