You will first of all wash ur piled coconut and wash it off with clean water and chop it.

Wash the tiger nut and the date then remove the seeds in the date and cut them into pieces.

Add the chopped coconut, dates and the tiger nut into a blender and blend it well till the milk is out

Then strain it with a cloth or strainer to collect the milk
- 5
Lastly add ur milk and flavour to it. U can add sugar but is optional.refrigerate it or add ice to it and serve cold

I topped it with finely grated coconut and sugar like a Filipino style dessert.I think the flavor of the coconut milk is enhanced if you use skimmed milk.
