Bread to sab k ghar daily ati hogi.. potato b ghar me umooman rakha hoa hota hai. Aap easily is recipe ko try kar sakte hain ramadan me. Economically b achi hai aur taste wise bhi. look to awesome ata hai when they coat with crumbs.. So must try it in any one of ramadan.

Ingredients

25-30 mi

  1. 10bread slices Cut all four Corners
  2. 2boiled potato mashed
  3. Vegetables (Carrot Capsicum Cabbage)
  4. 1Chopped Onion
  5. 1 tspSirka
  6. 1 tspbalck pepper
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. As required Bread Crumbs
  9. 1-2Egg
  10. 1 Cupbroast coated crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all vegetables n boiled potato

  2. 2

    Light fry all vegetabled by adding pinch of salt n pepper n sirka

  3. 3

    Now this fried veg mix with boiled mash potato. add salt onion (brown)

  4. 4

    Take breads n cut all four corners.. Grind corners to make crumbs

  5. 5

    I add Crumbs on potato mash to make staff hard.. Watery potato difficult to handil n bread become soft before frying.. avoid this mash potato..

    Fill pitato in between breads

    By using beated egg n broast masala coating.. coat bread rolls

  8. 8

    Keep in fridge for 5-10 min

  9. 9

    Then fry.. Remove from pan when it become golden in color.

  10. 10

    Serve whole aur cut into two piece... yummy in taste.
