Ingredients

Serves 6-8 servings
  1. 1 cupsFlour
  2. 4Eggs
  3. 1 cupCaster sugar
  4. dropsVanilla essence few
  5. 2 tbspCocoa powder
  6. 1 tspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Separate egg white and egg yolks

    Stiff flour, baking powderand mix all together

  3. 3

    Beat egg whites until frothy or creamy, then add sugar and beat for 1 minute, add yolk one by one, add vanilla essence and beat for few minutes

    Now stop beating, add flour Mixture and fold with spatula or whisk don't beat,

  5. 5

    Separate equal sections of the batter, add cocoa powder in one part of the batter and mix until cocoa powder mixed

    Now take cake mould, grease it with oil and lay butter paper on it

  7. 7

    Put 1 tbsp of the white batter in the center of the pan, add 1 tbsp of the brown mixture in the center of the white batter that you already have in the pan, do this vise versa sequence until all two batters are finished.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180°c temperature or until put toothpick and it outs clear, serve with tea
