Pizza is liked by people of all category. Today I made this veg pizza as it is Sunday. And most of all I have yeast and most ingredients of toppings at home. So easily I baked a pizza for my family. It was gobbled in no time.

Ingredients

Cooking time 10 minutes mins
2-3 servings
  1. For the dough
  2. 2 cupall-purpose flour/maida
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 3 Tbspolive oil
  5. as required to knead the dough
  6. For yeast frothy
  7. 1 tspdry yeast
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 cupwarm water
  10. For toppings
  11. 3 Tbsppizza sauce
  12. 4mushrooms, thinly sliced
  13. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  14. 1/4 cupchopped green capsicum
  15. 1/4 cupchopped tomatoes
  16. 4jalapeño
  17. 1/4 cupblack olives
  18. 1/2 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
  19. 1/2 tspmixed Italian pizza seasonings
  20. 1/4 tspchilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, take warm water, sugar and dry yeast. Stir the mixture and rest for 5 minutes.

    Add maida,salt and oil. Knead dough by adding required amount of water. Keep covered the dough in warm place for 2 hours to raise the dough. Punch the dough to release the air.

    Pizza toppings
    Place the dough on a round microwave safe plate. Stretch and form a circle by flattening with both the hands.

    Leave a centimeter and create dent. Prick the centre of pizza base with the help of a fork.

    First spread pizza sauce, leaving the sides of the base. Arrange the toppings add you like. Spread grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle pizza seasonings.

    Bake the vegetarian pizza in microwave oven for 10 minutes and 180℃. Make slices and serve hot.
