Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 bowlvermicelli semiya
  2. 2 tbsppure ghee
  3. 2 &1/2 bowl water
  4. 2 tbsp melon seeds
  5. 1 Tbspchopped coconut
  6. 1/2 bowlsugar
  7. 8-10pistachios
  8. 4-6almonds for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat pure ghee in a wok. Add vermicelli semiya and roast.

    Roast on low flame for 7-8 minutes or till golden brown.

    Add melon seeds, chopped coconut pieces and pistachio and mix.

  4. 4

    Add water and let it come to boil.

  5. 5

    Slow the flame and cook rill all water is absorbed by semiya.

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix.

  7. 7

    Cook till sugar is mixed with semiya and sugar water is absorbed.

  8. 8

    Serve hot garnished with chopped almonds.
