An easy and healthy dish (made with whole wheat rice vermicelli).

Soak the rice vermicelli noodles in water until softened. Cut the Chinese broccoli into 2-inch pieces. Thinly slice the pork.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden. Add the pork and stir-fry until just cooked.

Add the egg and stir-fry until set.

Add the soaked noodles and stir-fry. Pour in the dark soy sauce and stir until the noodles are evenly brown. Add the Chinese broccoli, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry everything together and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with ground black pepper, and serve.
