Dal ko saf kar k 2 hr k lye bhigho dain.

1 pan lain use oil dalain or ginger, garlic paste ko fry karain. Ab 2 tomatoes lain us ko cut kar k dalain thoda sa pani dalain or tmam spices dal kar cover kar k pakain.

Jab tomatoes soft ho jain or oil separates ho jsi tu dal ko bhoon lain.

Jab dal bhoon jai tu 1 glass pani dal kar halki anch par pakain. Waqfe waqfe s check krti jain. Jab dal gal jai tu fresh dhania or green chillies s garnish kar lain.
