This Kathiyawadi sabji is very famous in restaurants and road side dhabas. It's too easy to cook at home as it's a traditional recipe.
In olden days, there was scarcity of vegetables during summer and monsoon so our Mom used to cook such sabji and we enjoyed it with bajra roti and bhakri. Do try friends!!!

Cooking Instructions

First of all, take baby onions and peel them off. Put cross 2 cuts in the centre. Grind tomato+green chilli+ginger and make its Puree. Take crushed gathiya, peanut powder, dry masala,salt and sugar. Mix it well and add oil for binding if required. Stuff all the onions and put it aside.

Now in a kadai, add oil and asafoetida then mustard+cumin seeds. Arrange all the stuffed onion and sprinkle remaining masala. Add tomato puree and mix it gently. Cover the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame, adding required water.

Now check the onions if they are cooked well. Check the water consistency and if everything is ok. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with bajra roti, bhakhari or khichdi. Enjoy!!!
