  1. 1 cupcrumbled paneer
  2. 2chopped onion
  3. 2chopped tamato
  4. 3-4Chopped green chillies
  5. Corriander leaves for garnishing
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1tspn red chilli powder
  8. 1tspn turmeric powder
  9. 1tspn cumin seeds
  10. 1tspn grated ginger
  11. 1 pinchasefetida
  12. 1 tbspnoil
  13. 1tspn corriander powder
  14. 1tspn amchur powder
  15. 1tspn garam masala

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds once crackels add asefetida, green chillies, grated ginger than add onion saute it till transparent than add tamatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well and saute them till oil is separated..

    Than add the crumbled paneer and mix it well.. Cook it for 2-4 minutes add amchur powder and garam masala mix them.. Paneer bhuji is ready to serve.. Add corriander leaves for garnishing.. Serve and enjoy it with chappatis..
