सबसे पहले तेल गरम करके उसमें राई डाल दें।

फिर तेल को ठंडा करने के लिए रख दें।

एक बाउल में तेल,कटी हुई आम, नमक स्वादानुसार,शक्कर, बेडेकर मसाला डालकर मिला लें।

तयार अचार पराठे के साथ सर्व करें।
