I just needed something warm and nice this morning! Added extra oat bran to make it even more heart healthy ❤️ #breakfast

Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetinstant maple syrup oats
  2. 200 mlsalmond milk
  3. 1 tbspoat bran
  4. 3-4dates sliced
  5. 1 tspchopped cashews
  6. 1-2 tspmaple syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the oats, oat bran and milk and add to a small saucepan. Heat until bubbling and allow it to thicken.

    Pour into a bowl and top with the dates, nuts and maple syrup.
