Cabbage and Bean Sprouts Stir Fried in Miso Butter

I wanted to make a dish using lots of cabbage. This is filling even without any meat in it! It really goes well with rice.
The seasonings are on the salty side, but they'll be just right when cooked with the vegetables since the vegetables will exude a lot of moisture.
When stir-frying the vegetables, add the cabbage at the end so that it doesn't get mushy.
This is a matter of taste, but I think it's best if this is salted generously, since the salt enhances the butter and makes the stir fry go really well with plain rice.
If you add some meat the stir-fry will be even more delicious. For 3 to 5 servings. Recipe by Nanohana uchan

Chinese Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise Chinese Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise
*I experimented with various flavours to use up the Chinese cabbage I had around.*I used a healthier variety of mayonnaise.*It won't be watery if you stir-fry quickly over high heat.*When you cook a large portion of Chinese cabbage at one time, it'll release some water and lower the temperature of the pan. If you have too much water in the pan, adjust the seasonings, and lightly thicken with katakuriko. It's also delicious that way too. For 2 servings. Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -

I wanted to make a healthy and crunchy bean sprout stir fry, and tried many things before getting to this method. It's a family favorite these days.By adding salt to oil before stir frying the bean sprouts, and throwing out the water that seeps out, you can make stir fried bean sprouts that aren't watery. Excess oil is thrown out as well, so this is healthy.Use ham or fish sausage instead of the chikuwa fish sticks, or just make a bean sprout stir fry.Adjust the seasonings to taste. The flavour of miso and oyster sauce mix is absolutely delicious.I used 2 large leaves of cabbage for this recipe. If your cabbage seems smaller in size, I would suggest you using a little more than that (3 to 4 leaves). The sauce is quite rich in flavour so you can be generous with the amount of vegetables you add to the pan.
