Basic Cocoa Muffins

I wanted to make something easy and convenient for times when I want a little something to eat.
I listed amounts that make it easy to use a whole egg.
Mind you don't add the egg all at once at Step 2 because it will separate from the butter.
The baking time will depend on your oven, so adjust accordingly. For 4-6 muffin cups. Recipe by jh2trz

Moist Apple Muffins Moist Apple Muffins
These are our standard apple snack. Sweet and sour ruby apple chunks are scattered throughout the muffin. They have a gentle cinnamon aroma. The abundant amount of milk and yogurt makes them moist and fluffy. Kids love these autumn flavored first-rate muffins. (^-^)It's best to use Ruby (Jonathan) apples. If you use a different brand, it's a good idea to add some lemon juice to offset the sourness. Ruby apples are small, so if you use a brand of larger apples please adjust the amount accordingly. I kept the skins on this time but feel free to peel them if you would like. Adjust the amount of cinnamon to your taste. If the egg cools too much, it will be hard to blend in, so be careful about that. For details on how to make muffins, please refer to the following recipe. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

I started baking these four years ago, when I was eleven and completely new to baking. My mum gave me the recipe so that I could learn the basics of baking and how food works. Now, I'm the go-to one in the house for birthday cakes and shared lunch bakes. These muffins are really easy, and easy to make with complete beginners. Lexa
