Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1serving frozen udon noodles
  2. 1/4onion, sliced
  3. 1small amount of carrot, julienned
  4. 3-4sausages
  5. 1 packetbonito flakes
  6. 1little aonori (dried seaweed), optional
  7. 1little pickled red ginger (beni shoga), optional
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmentsuyu (triple-concentrated noodle soup base)
  9. 1little toasted sesame oil (for stir-frying)
  10. 1 pinchblack pepper

Cooking Instructions
