Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 packcooked udon noodles
  2. 2–3.5 oz (50–100 g) thinly sliced pork or beef
  3. 1/4onion
  4. 2 leavescabbage
  5. as neededCarrot,
  6. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil (30 ml)
  7. 3 tablespoonsJapanese BBQ sauce (45 ml)
  8. 1 tablespoonwater (15 ml)
  9. as neededWhite sesame seeds, for garnish,

Cooking Instructions

    Microwave the cooked udon noodles for 1 minute at 600W. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Slice the vegetables into easy-to-eat pieces.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the meat and cook, then add the vegetables and stir-fry.

    Once the vegetables are cooked through, add the udon noodles and water. Stir-fry everything together.

    Season with Japanese BBQ sauce. When the noodles are well coated, turn off the heat and you're done! Garnish with white sesame seeds if you like.
