Cooking Instructions

FOR THE BOILED SOFT EGG,put egg in pot and bring to a boil then simmer for 7 minute then drain and cool in runny water then removed the egg shell

FOR THE SPICY FRIED EGG, Fried eggs then set aside, with some oil sauce the onion then add in the ready to eat sambal for 1 minutes then add in the light soy sauce and sugar and mix well for another 1 minutes

Add in the cooked hard boiled egg or (fried eggs) and gently mix well for another 1 minutes

Well, as you lovely people know that I dislike rice. I took an unorthodox route with fried Vietnamese rice paper instead. I also poached an egg in the sambal stew; I mean 1 TBSP of egg white is used to marinate the shrimps, why not cook the whole egg too?
