Veggie fritters and poached egg in a bun

#eattherainbow #veggie #burger #fritter #poachedegg yummy veggie Burger! Leave out the egg if you don't want it but it really adds something yummy! I didn't use any sauce because sometimes, sauces just hide flavours. Why hide the veg and egg? :) I made just two, doubly up if you want :)

Sauted Veggie Fritters Sauted Veggie Fritters
I came up with this recipe because I had a lot of vegetables in my veggie drawer in the fridge that needed to be used or lost. I had like three zucchini, already chopped onions and also leftover scallop style King oyster mushrooms. Utilized these to create these fritters. This recipe makes around 10 4 by 4 inch fritters. Margherita Fritters: Batter-fried Tomato & Mozzarella Rings Margherita Fritters: Batter-fried Tomato & Mozzarella Rings
Incidentally, when it comes to pizza, I like nothing more than the simple yet gorgeous Margherita. Garlic, tomatoes, basil and Mozzarella - enough to make those salivary glands work overtime. So I have taken these basic ingredients of the delightful Margherita and turned them into fritters with a crisp, egg-y coating. The result is delicious. It takes little time to make. You could easily whip up a few for your guests this Diwali. The given ingredients yield about 15-16 fritters.PS. If you do not want to use eggs you could make a batter using cornflour and rice flour.More at: http://www.allthatsdelicious.com/margherita-fritters-batter-fried-tomato-mozzarella-rings-recipe Lets Talk Food -
Zucchini Fritters (Gluten-Free) Zucchini Fritters (Gluten-Free)
I wanted to make gluten-free and low-GI zucchini fritters, so I created this recipe. If you have a lot of zucchini, just double the serving amount. If you need to pan-fry it in a couple of batches, it's convenient to reheat the fritters in a 100℃ oven. Even without the yoghurt sauce, they go well with ketchup, okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, or just as-is. Recipe by Maxerbear cookpad.japan -
Corn Fritters Corn Fritters
I made this by request of my corn fritter loving friends. I used simple ingredients and flavored them the way they like it.1. The fritter batter is well flavored, so you can enjoy the fritters without any sauce.2. 70 grams of flour makes a rather loose batter, but you can enjoy the crispiness of the vegetables more. Please adjust the amount of flour to taste.3. Be careful not to burn yourself when adding the fritters to the hot oil. Recipe by PARNELL cookpad.japan -

Light and Fluffy Fritters With Edamame and Camembert Cheese Light and Fluffy Fritters With Edamame and Camembert Cheese
I was chosen to be a Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Camembert cooking tester, so I thought up an appetizer that would be perfect for Father's Day.We usually eat Camembert just as-is, but I learned that it can be used in many recipes, so my repertoire has grown.I used a packaged Camembert that was cut into 6 portions, so I used 2 of the portions, each divided into 4 pieces for 8 fritters. If even a bit of the cheese is sticking out when you form the fritters, it will leak out, so make sure that the cheese is completely covered.
