Soak rice and dal for 6-7 hours. Grind coarsely,rest for 8- 10hours for Fermentation.Add salt, chilli paste, hing, ginger paste & mix well.

Put batter in grease thali. Preheat steamer. put thali. Steam for 10 minutes.

Check the batter is done. Take it out. Serve in a plate with oil, achar masala & onion
