Mint Chutney

This green chutney goes well with everything savoury. Layer it in that grilled sandwich, dip your bbq chicken in it, layer it on the wrap. It is one versatile chutney and equally easy to cook. Once made, keep it in the fridge and it's good to eat for another week. #cookwithcookpad

Steps
- 1
Wash everything under running water, pick the mint leaves off from the stems. If you don't mind spicy, you can add 1-2 green chillies in it too.
- 2
Put everything in a jar, squeeze the lemon juice, add salt. Blitz it till it turns into a puree. Serve it with fritters, layer it on sandwich, mix a spoonful in salads.
