  1. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 100 gmjaggery
  3. 1 cup ghee
  4. 1 tbspkhus khus
  5. 1 tspdry ginger
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder
  7. 2 tbspfresh cream
  8. 1 tbspalmond slice for garnishing

  1. 1

    Grease a plate with ghee & slice the jaggery

    Heat ghee in a pan in medium heat

  3. 3

    Add the flour and mix till golden brown add all ingredients leaving jaggery and fresh cream mix well now add fresh cream remove from gas add jaggery disolve in it

    Set aside to. Cool completely and serve
