Ingredients

  • 1 cupbroccoli florets
  • 1 cupcauliflower florets
  • 2chopped carrots
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped capsicum
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupboil corns
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 6chopped mushroom
  • 2 tbsbutter
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a pan

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions

  3. 3

    Now add all the vegetables

  4. 4

    1st stir fry on high for five minutes

  5. 5

    Put salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Now simmer and cook more 5 minutes

  7. 7

    It should be crunchy in taste

  8. 8

    Pour lemon juice

  9. 9

    Eat hot
