For Sugar syrup- Take 1&1/2 cup of sugar

Add 2 cups of water and 6 cardamom and boil it

Boil the syrup till you get one string consistency

For bhoodi batter - Take 3 cups of besan flour, 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 cups of water mix it well to make a medium thin batter

Heat oil in a wok and make boondis
- 6
Add the fried boondis into the sugar syrup and rest it for half an hour, after that grind (just a stir) it in a mixer and ghee roasted cashews. Now shape it into small balls

Ladoo is ready to serve.
