Ingredients

3-servings
  1. 1/4 cupMogar Moog Dal
  2. 1/4 cupGram Dal
  3. 1/4 cup Black Gram Dal
  4. 2Green Chillies chopped
  5. 1small piece of ginger chopped
  6. 1 tbsp Dhaniya seeds
  7. 1 tbspsaunf
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  10. as requiredOil to fry vadas

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all the three dals together for 4 -hrs and grind dals,chilli, ginger, dhania seeds,saunf, salt into coarsely form.

    Fry small size vadas on medium slow flame.
