Boil your veg and potato's to soften quicker before putting into slow cooker

While you veg is boiling, turn your slow cooker on and soak your beef in some red wine and water

Add in your veg and potato's when ready with a chopped onion and fresh herbs. Then add half a tin of tomatoes and half a tube of tomatoes puree.

Add a jug of gravy, oxo cube x2, a splash of soy sauce, salt & pepper and 2 cloves of garlic.

I left mine to cook for 6 hours before serving which helped it all to marinate and the beef fell apart in your mouth
