Take a pan add ghee and hing.Then add water in it.After that add dates tamarind jaggery in it and mix it well.

Then add all the spices in it and mix it well.Them at low flame cook it for half an hour.Stir it in between.

Then check whether the dates and tamarind get soft or not.If it gets soft then off the flame and let it be cool.

After that grind all the mixture to make a smooth paste.Now take a strainer and strain this chutney to remove some fibres from it.

Now our chutney is ready to store.Store it in a dry glass jar and keep it in a fridge.It can be stored for 3 months.Remember there should be no water added in this after cooking while storing.

Whenever you want to use this chutney take a quantity how much you needed then add some water to make it thin and enjoy it with snacks.
