Steps

Dry roast ragi flour for some time till all the moisture evaporates.

Grind the roasted peanuts,pumpkin seeds,black grapes,dates in a grinder
- 3
Add the roasted ragi flour,cardamon powder and churn once again.
- 4
Take a small dough and roll between your palms forming laddoos.
- 5
In this way roll all laddoos between your palms for rest of the dough.
- 6
Laddoos are ready to consume after your gym or served in any tiffin box.
