Ingredients

4 servings
  • forgreen paste:
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tbspkothmir
  • 1 tbsppalak
  • 1 tbsppudina
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1 tbspwater
  • For tacos doughFor tacos dough
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbspmakkai aata
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 2tbspoats powder
  • as per tastesalt
  • 2tbspwheat flour
  • 1 tspoil
  • For Filling
  • 1/2 cup green peas green
  • 1/2 cupgreen channa
  • 1/2 cupgreen tuvar daal
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli and ginger paste
  • 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  • as requiredmeetha/thikha chutney
  • as per tastegaram masala, sesme seeds (til) salt chat masala as per taste
  • 1/2 cupcheese for garnishing
  • as requiredcoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    For green paste: Add everything in Mixer jar make paste.

  2. 2

    For tacos : Add one by one flour mix it well add salt, oil then add Green paste make soft dough. if needed add water. Make roti from dough cut in round shape with cookie cutter or wati,then prick with fork then deep fry in oil after frying give shape of taco shell with the help of rolling pins (fry on slow flame) Make all taco shell ready.

    For filling, in mixture grinder crush all greens add green chilli & ginger paste, in pan add oil add all crush green vegis,cook for 5 to 7 mins add paneer chat masala garam masala Coriander now filling is ready.

    Assemble tacos :
    First take taco shell add green filling add meetha thikha chutney grated cheese & finally garnish with Coriander & chat masala Hariyali tacos ready to serve Enjoy
