In a bowl, take paneer cubes, 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic and marinate it with a bit of water.

Meanwhile, heat 4-5 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry these paneer until it gets nice golden colour.

Now heat a tablespoon of oil a wok, add grated ginger, grated and sliced garlic and green chillies and saute it for a minute.

Now add onion, capsicum and salt in it and saute it well.

Now add vinegar and soya sauce in it and cook it for another 4-5 minutes.

The add tomato sauce and green chilli sauce and cook it around 5 minute.

The bowl in which you've marinated paneer add water in it as per your gravy requirement then add rest red chilli powder and all purpose flour in it and mix it well.

Now pour this mixture in the wok and cook it until it starts thickening.

Then add paneer cubes in it and cook it well.

Your paneer chilli is ready to srev now.
