1 1/2 CupRice Flour
1 CupWater
To tasteSalt
1 CupFresh Coconut (grated)

Mix rice with water and salt,it be like the sand
2

Feed in the Puttu maker,first layer little coconut then rice powder till half then again little coconut then proceed with rice powder again top up with coconut
3

And make it steam as u see the steam coming up that mean Puttu is ready let cook for 10 mins until you get the Puttu flavor all around the house,delicious Puttu is ready....can be enjoyed by any Curry but mostly with banana and green Moong...
