Ingredients

  • Roll of puff pastry
  • 400 gbag of frozen mixed veg, I used potato, courgette & onions
  • 1beaten egg
  • Equal amount of Parmesan and breadcrumbs
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200. Roll out pastry on to baking tray. Prick with a fork. Glaze with beaten egg. Turn up edges slightly

    Add the veg still frozen and spread around. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan

  3. 3

    Add breadcrumb mixture on top. Salt and pepper and bake at 200 for about 25-30 minutes 😀
