Frozen Dumplings (Pan-Fried Potstickers) ✨

Arrange the frozen dumplings to fill the bottom of a skillet.

Turn the heat to medium and add enough water to cover about half the height of the dumplings. Cover the skillet with a lid.

Cook for 3 minutes. Watch carefully and check the bottoms to see if they are turning golden brown.

Remove the lid and add a little oil. Cover the skillet again.

Cook for another 2 minutes. Continue to watch and check the bottoms for a golden brown color.

Uncover the skillet. When most of the water has evaporated, add the cornstarch mixture. Once the bottoms are golden and crispy, remove the dumplings from the skillet.
