Soak rice and daal for 6 hours in Lukewarm water.

Drain the Water and grind together rice and daal to fine paste using water.consistency should be medium, divide batter into 2 parts.

For dosa-Add pinch of soda, salt, rice flour and water to half batter mix them well..batter should be flowing consistency apply Ghee on a non-stick pan and spread the batter as thin as possible using a ladle.spread oil in all corners and allow dosa to cook crispy at low to medium flame.

For idli add suji, curd to leftover batter rest for 10 minutes,grease idli stand and steam idlies as we cook suji or rice idlies
