Boil palak.strain and grind finely.and grated potato little salt.cook in a pan.add black pepper powder and corn flour.cook it dry.place aside to cool down.grate paneer add little salt and corn flour.mix well mike oval balls.take some palak mixture put ball in center and cover. Roll in corn flour.fry on medium flame.

In a pan heat some oil.add khada masala onion chopped and tomatoes.add green chilli.sauce for 5 minutes.let it cool than grind finely.grind makhana with milk.make paste.now heat oil add dry masala and onion tomato paste.fry till oil separates.Add makhana paste fry for 5 minutes.add half cup water boil for 5 minutes.gravy is ready.

Cut koftas vertically.in serving bowl pour gravy.place koftas. Shaam savera is ready to serve with chapati or naan.
