Spinach cheese filled piglets bun

Boil spinach in hot water for a minute. Then drain and put under runing tap water or ice cold water.

When it cools squeeze all moisture and chop spinach as fine as u can. And chop garlic.

Now in a pan add butter then add garlic saute few seconds add chopped spinach saute for a minute and mix herbs salt, mix well and filling is ready. Keep in refrigerator to cool.

For dough- Sieve flour add milk powder, cream, salt, yeast and sugar mix well. Add Lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Knead the dough at least 10 minutes by adding butter at regular intervals.

Now keep this dough in a greased glass bowl which is double the size of dough and cover the bowl with wet cloth or with cling film. Keep the bowl in warm place at least 45 minutes or till it double in size.

Remove the dough and knead it once more and remove all air bubbles. Now divide the dough in 8/10 equal parts. Roll like round puri then add cheese cube and spinach and roll them as smooth balls.

Now making the piglet features- To make snout cut the dough with little round shape with help of icing nozzle fix it with toothpicks.you, lol bake them with toothpicks so that holes will not close while backing,shape two tear drops for ears and place them right add black pepper for eyes and don't forget to add a little ball in the end for tail.

Now place these cute piglets in baking try cover with cloth proof for 10 min then bake in preheated oven @200°c for 25-30 mins.

Remove the bread rolls from oven de mould when it cools place it on wire rack to cool completely before enjoying it.
